Icon Residential Capital, a national residential mortgage lender headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, focuses on developing long-term relationships with mortgage brokers and is committed to offering industry-leading service and a wide range of competitively priced products to enable brokers to better serve their customers and respond to their individual needs.

Icon Residential Capital is currently seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives nationwide.  Successful candidates will source and develop business relationships with loan originators meeting the credit profile required to become approved customers of Icon Residential Capital, as well as maintain business relationships with customers to produce mutually beneficial long-term relationships.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a wholesale mortgage Account Executive, a proven sales track record, a thorough understanding of lending credit criteria and underwriting guidelines, working experience in web-based lending tools and effective use of marketing materials, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage loan origination process.  In addition, they must have exceptional communication skills, proven sales ability, excellent organization skills, polished personal presentation, and be goal-oriented and results driven.
