New FannieMae User

1.  To obtain DO Sponsorship, broker must be approved by Icon/Carnegie.
2.  Broker applies for Desktop Originator (DO) access at https://www.efanniemae.com/home/index.jsp

• Click on Brokers & Correspondent link in middle section of the page
• Click on Access the DO page to
• Click on Register for DO
• Click on Begin DO Registration

3.  Broker selects Carnegie as their Preferred Lender for FNMA sponsorship in their application.
4.  FNMA will contact Icon/Carnegie to approve the sponsorship request.
5.  Client Administration will approve or decline based on broker’s approval status with Icon/Carnegie.
6.  Once Sponsorship is completed, FNMA will notify the broker via e-mail.
